Inside Sales Representative



A.C.E. Construction Software is the virtual assembly line for construction. Our SaaS technology is focused on making construction businesses more effective, efficient and profitable. Our company was founded by a second generation subcontractor who loves the construction industry, but has experienced firsthand how communication breakdown and no viable means of tracking data can frustrate even the best business owners out there. He was unwilling to accept the status quo and was determined to find a way to reduce inefficiency and loss. 


Our platform is built to help construction companies with every facet of their business, with core functionality including bidding, scheduling, labor time tracking, material ordering, project management, document sharing, job costing and accounting. Our software is catapulting subcontractors into the modern era and helping their businesses be more successful than ever before. 


After years of development and pilot testing, our product is primed for a massive takeoff and we’re looking to bring on new talent during this pivotal time.


We’re looking to add team members who want to help shape something big. This position represents an opportunity to take leadership of the sales department and build the strategic pipeline for a growing company in the construction tech space. 




We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and highly motivated sales professional interested in leading our sales department. Candidates must have integrity, grit, a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is going to take ownership, bring new ideas to the table and help shape our future.


This is a commission-based position with potential for partial equity. We are interested in meeting with candidates of all levels who are hungry for success and eager to take on a leadership role. 



  • Take charge of the sales pipeline and shape our overall sales strategy 

  • Act as a significant contributor and thought leader for the company during a pivotal stage in its development

  • Execute outbound outreach (including email and phone) to potential new business prospects within the construction industry, with a focus on subcontractors in the new residential sector

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success representatives to prepare sales materials, proposals, onboarding plans, customer communications strategy, etc. 

  • Building sales operations by taking an active role in hiring, determining training procedures, ongoing management of sales team, etc. 

  • Identify, evaluate and and qualify new opportunities

  • Manage end-to-end sales process to meet quarterly quotas

  • Set up appointments for software demonstrations and continued engagement with promising leads

  • Act as an integral part of the onboarding process with new clients

  • Attend and actively participate in industry groups and networking events

  • Participate in regular meetings in-person and/or via video conferencing



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a software or construction sales role, startup experience is a plus

  • BA or BS is preferred, but not necessarily required

  • Excellent leadership skills, high level of confidence and strong drive to succeed

  • Experience using CRM platforms

  • Demonstrated history of sales success

  • Must be detail-oriented and possess superior verbal and written communication skills 

  • Experience with onboarding new customers and account expansion

  • High level of interest in the construction and tech industries
